I have been a certified and licensed Athletic Trainer since 2014. I was drawn to Athletic Training because it gave me the opportunity to stay around sports while working in the medical field after I ended my high school athletic career. I love the part of athletic training that allows me to connect to people, my athletes, and coaches. Working at the secondary and collegiate levels I discovered the importance of mental health and strength when it comes to the recovery of physical injuries and sustaining an athletic career. This discovery led me down a path to pursue a graduate degree in Sport Psychology.
As a Mental Performance Coach, I focus on the mind-body connection and learning how to harness your mental strength with your physical strength. I strive to push my self, both physically and mentally, to be the best support for my athletes and clients. I want to offer the same opportunity for you to grow as an individual. Every day is a gift for the potential to be better in whatever direction you are drawn to. I firmly believe that we need to work with the WHOLE individual from a holistic lens so you can reach your full potential!
